Matthew did a thorough and complete job of replacing OEM’s supply valves in our 20+ year-old home. One died, and I asked him to inspect and replace the others. Done. Upon arrival found laundry line backing up. Pulled clean out cap off ran washer then snaked laundry line. Ran water from hose into clean out for 10 no back ups present. $85.00
This is a bill to account....... Estimate proposal Pump out entire grease pit for accessing and removing existing 1/4 hp zoeller float pump and floats as well as control panel Furnish and install new upgraded tsurumi 1/2 hp double seal manual pump and upgraded panel as well as replace all floats in pit Per customer request ,leave existing secondary zoeller in pit Once system is tested and functional,hydro jett the upstream portion of 6†line and well and the 2†running through flow meter assuring a good cleansing leaving job site in working functional condition Job complete total $7108
Customer called in because water was running out of side of house thru stucco. Upon arrival I found the kitchen sink was backed up. I ran my 1/2 cable thru clean out and cleared drain. Once drain was cleared I ran 2 sink full of water to test drain. I noticed when the sink was draining the full sink it was still pouring out of stucco. I cut a square out of stucco and found that the abs drain was broken which caused the leaking and water damage to home. I cut out broken section of pipe and installed new 1 1/2x2 in San tee, 2 in clean out with cap and new pipe.
Upon arrival found water damage underneath kitchen sink, refered cut n dry to damage. Found loose sink basin re puttied and tightened. Also garbage disposal was shorted and would not turn on. Replaced garbage disposal filled sink with water multiple times and checked for leaks none present. 1 year warranty craftsmanship.
Estimate to rebuild two toilets. 1) will shut water off and remove both toilets. 2) will then remove all failed parts. 3) replace will new working parts. 4) toilets will then be reset and tested to ensure proper function.
